地狭人稠的台湾，除了高科技产业带动经济繁荣外，观光业成为每一个城市发展经济的另一道曙光，台南以其悠久与丰富的人文与文化资产傲视全国，从古迹活化到文化节庆，每一项蜕变都在展现台南丰富的观光资源，不论从硬件和软件的进步，政府与民间都在互相适应对方的步调而配合，但现实的层面是：来自外地的旅行团却少的可怜。

　　观光人潮带动地方经济已经被视为发展地方特色的一个主流，人潮就等于钱潮，观光、美食、文化、住宿、交通、娱乐等等息息相关，庞大的经济链是不容忽视的，身为台南市观光协会的理事长，常常在思索与努力如何在官方与民间业者中扮演好自己的角色，如何刺激与带动地方观光产业与特色。台南最具吸引力的景点，莫过于诸多古迹景点，其中又以赤崁楼与安平古堡人气指数最旺，然而实际带团参访的人数却远远低于其它县市的景点，难道台南真的比别人差吗？

   　 当大家都避而不谈的同时，问题的症结点总要点出的，有人劝我别惹火上身，别让别人扣大帽子，但问题总是存在的，总是需要有人勇敢的站出来点出「国王的新衣」，镒锋在此以最诚恳的、最衷心的态度，呼吁长期于赤崁楼与安平古堡附近宣扬法轮功真善忍的朋友们，请还给我们一个单纯的观光环境，镒锋绝对没有贬抑或打压的意思，仅仅希望各位将宗教回归宗教、观光回归观光，不要让台南成为旅行业者拒绝带团的景点城市。更不要因个人理念诉求而让国内外旅客第一眼印象感觉竟是抗议布条，请多为观光业者的生计着想吧。

　　希望于赤崁楼与安平古堡宣扬法轮功的朋友们能审慎的看待这个问题，身为台南市观光协会的理事长，镒锋不能再沉默以对，请外界不要将问题过度解读或放大，身为台南市观光推手的一员，镒锋代表台南市观光业者发声，表达出应该说的话与应该做的事，再次理性呼吁长期驻点于赤崁楼与安平古堡法轮功的朋友们，请尊重观光业者的生存权，还给府城一个单纯的环境，营造一个富而有文化的府城，是府城最大的资产啊！

A letter to Falun Gong

　　Taiwan has narrow space but dense population, except the high tech industry makes the prosperous economy; the tourism is very important for the city economic development. As known, Tainan is the cultural and historical capital of Taiwan, with boundary cultural assets and civilization. The historic sites and traditional festivals assemble the plentiful tourism resources.

　　As a native of Tainan and the Director of Tainan City Tour Association, I always thinking about how to promote the local tour and spread my hometown’s characters to the whole world, furthermore to joint the efforts of our government and the tourisms to create more opportunities to attract the tourists and bring more benefits to our citizen. We are in proud of our historic sites, specially the Chikan Tower (Fort Provintia) and Anpin Old Fort (Fort Zeelandia). But, actually there are very few tourists groups would like to come to Tainan and visit the said places.

　　When most of the people avoid facing such problem, it’s necessary to have somebody to point out the crucial reason, even though; there are a lot of people advising me not to stir up trouble, hereby I would like to sincerely appeal to those people who are preaching the Falun Dafa around Chikan Tower and Anpin Old Fort: please remain us a simple tourism circumstance. I have no mean to debase or disdain the Falun Dafa, just hope to let the religion be a religion, and tourism to be tourism, please don’t make Tainan to be a refused city. Please remain the subsistence of our local tourism; do not make the tourists’ first impress to be the protest flags and the protest shouting.

　　Sincerely I beg to the friends, those who stay around Chikan Tower and Anpin Old Fort could be kindly to think about such problem and do not expand it. We need a friendly and polite tourism situation. As one of the members of the responsible for promoting Tainan city tour as well as the director of Tainan City Tour Association, I don’t want to keep silent any more, I have to appeal once more and seriously, please respect to the living right of all the tourism, and remain a simple and pure circumstance to Tainan City, let’s arrange a wealth and civilized city, after all, the culture is the most important property of Tainan City.

给法轮功的公开信~ 联署名单

　　说明：由于法轮功的朋友，在台南市最具观光景点的古迹《赤崁楼》、《安平古堡》长期驻点，为个人的宗教理念作诉求，深深影响到观光客到来的意愿，更影响了台南市观光业者的生计。

　　之前，尤理事长已发表一份公开信，请法轮功的朋友们宗教回归宗教，观光回归观光，但是，有法轮功的朋友认为尤理事长对他们颇有偏见，不能完全代表台南市其它观光业者的心声。
